I'm a vehicle broker. It's my job to find the lowest priced autos available, pre-owned or right off the showroom floor.

The best "buys" on vehicles are program cars (lease returns and rental returns). These vehicles have been maintained by a service department and are usually low mileage vehicles that are current year to 2 years old.

The prices of new cars are set by the manufacturers, and their agreements with their licensed sales offices, so there is a limit on the discounts one can see when purchasing a new car.

We usually offer our customers a wholesale price plus sales, tax, and license (where applicable). Broker's fee extra.
